Are you an experienced IT Apprenticeship coach with a background in supporting apprentices through their Level 3 ICT apprenticeships? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you!

You must hold a Level 3 or above teaching or assessing qualification and have at least 12 months of experience in a Infrastructure Technician/ICT Skills Coach or Assessor role, or relevant industry experience. IT Vendor qualifications or additional assessing qualifications would be highly desirable.

As an IT Coach, your main goal will be coaching and developing apprentices throughout their apprenticeship, tracking their progress. The role requires adapting to different working styles, establishing individual learning needs, and identifying best practices. The role will mainly involve one-to-one coaching with apprentices.
