Job Title: IT SharePoint Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for an IT SharePoint Analyst to join our specialized SharePoint/Web team within the IT department. Our focus is on implementing forthcoming capabilities across cloud-based applications, utilizing the latest Microsoft toolsets. This role aims to establish innovative solutions that advance our business functions.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver projects from design to completion to meet business objectives.
2. Coordinate and supervise team activities as needed.
3. Own and resolve complex technical problems within your specialty.
4. Prioritize work to deliver solutions within SLAs for incidents, problems, change requests, and projects.
5. Analyze business requirements and design appropriate solutions.
6. Support migration projects as required.
7. Translate business needs into solution frameworks and architectures.
8. Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve incidents and problems.
9. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
10. Work independently on complex tasks.
11. Coordinate development and review of code elements.
12. Secure acceptance for all deliverables from the business.
13. Ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Candidates should have experience in IT web technology roles, excellent communication skills, and strong web development skills with the ability to understand business requirements and identify suitable web solutions.
