Finova, a leading UK lending and savings technology provider, seeks an innovative IT Service & Operations Manager to own and modernise internal IT operations. You will transform IT support into a proactive, Slack-led, highly automated service, balancing strategic service management with hands-on delivery alongside Security and Engineering.

Qualifikationen

• Experience operating in financial services, fintech, or another highly regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience with Jamf, Intune, or equivalent MDM platforms.
• ITIL 4 Foundation or equivalent service-management qualification.
• Experience with modern ITSM platforms featuring native Slack integration (e.g., Jira Service Management, Freshservice, or similar).
• Exposure to IT asset lifecycle management and software spend optimization.
• Experience supporting a distributed or hybrid workforce across multiple sites, with international offices.

Aufgaben

• Own IT service across incident, request, problem, and change management, including SLA definition.
• Coordinate major incident responses and use telemetry to reduce recurring issues.
• Design and maintain Slack-based workflows and app integrations for the service desk.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding, licence assignment, and device enrolment via scripting and APIs.
• Embed AI into IT workflows while adhering to governance and data handling standards.
• Lead Mac-first endpoint management and Google Workspace identity access administration.
