We seek IT Service Desk Junior Analysts to start a career in tech, gaining knowledge and qualifications. You will handle IT support queries from our Head Office, Warehouses, and Retail locations globally, using contact centre and ticketing systems. Training will be provided, and you will learn troubleshooting, ticket management, technical documentation, and hardware/software support.
This is an office-based role with shifts between 7am and 9pm, including weekend work on a 1 in 4 basis.
