We’re seeking IT Service Desk Junior Analysts to start your career in tech. You’ll support IT queries from our Head Office, Warehouses, and Retail locations worldwide, using contact centre and ticketing systems. You’ll learn troubleshooting, manage tickets proactively, escalate issues, write technical documentation, and assist with hardware/software setup.

This is an office-based role with shifts between 7 am and 9 pm, including weekend work on a 1 in 4 basis.

Qualifications:

Training will be provided through our IT Training Programme during onboarding.

  • No prior experience needed; passion for IT and a desire to grow are essential.
  • Strong team communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset; ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload proactively.
  • Experience in customer service or retail/warehouse environments is a plus but not required.
