A leading company in the UK is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee IT service management processes. This role involves managing high-profile incidents and ensuring effective service delivery, with a hybrid working arrangement and generous benefits.
The IT Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring IT service management processes are enforced and adhered to, including overseeing the daily delivery of service whether delivered internally or via a third party.
This role offers a 3-day hybrid working arrangement in the office each week, along with great benefits, including a very generous holiday allowance.
The successful candidate will act as Major IT Incident Manager, leading the resolution of high-profile issues, managing recovery actions, and coordinating activities to minimize downtime.
The role also involves operational responsibility for the Remedy Managed Service provided by the third-party supplier.
