Job summary

Join Us as our IT Service Delivery Lead

We are looking for an enthusiastic, relationship-focused and highly organised IT Service Delivery Lead to help shape and lead the operational delivery of IT services across our growing Trust.

What You’ll Be Doing

You'll lead the operational delivery of IT services across multiple school sites, managing supplier performance, driving service improvements and acting as the key escalation point for operational issues. You'll build trusted relationships with Headteachers, School Business Managers and senior leaders, whilst ensuring that services meet agreed standards and support the wider Trust's digital ambitions.

The Details

Role: IT Service Delivery Lead

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Salary: LSEAT Scale 44–47

Reporting to: Group Director of Emerging Technologies & Trust Information Systems
