A leading healthcare provider is looking for an IT Service Analyst in Runcorn. The role involves managing the cost lifecycle of IT services and ensuring compliance across vendor engagements. Qualifications

• Strong financial and vendor management experience, particularly with IT contracts and cost reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; attention to detail with a high level of numerical accuracy.
• Experience of process documentation using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, CMDB, and ITSM tools is desirable.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Power Apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the full cost lifecycle of UK IT services, including vendor billing and contract oversight.
• Administer mobile device lifecycle processes: procurement, billing, usage monitoring, and secure deployment.
• Support the full contract lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, terminations, and compliance.
• Analyze financial data and assist IT budget planning and cost reporting.
• Maintain CMDB/ITSM records and produce reports using Microsoft 365 and Excel.
• Support service catalogue and asset management to drive efficiency.

About the Role:

The IT Service Analyst will monitor and manage the full cost lifecycle of UK IT services, including vendor billing and contract oversight, while supporting the full contract lifecycle and ensuring financial and service-level compliance across all vendor engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the full cost lifecycle of UK IT services, including vendor billing and contract oversight.
• Administer mobile device lifecycle processes: procurement, billing, usage monitoring, and secure deployment.
• Support the full contract lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, terminations, and ensuring financial and service-level compliance across all vendor engagements including conducting contract and invoice audits to ensure accuracy and eliminate redundant services.
• Analyse financial data and support IT budget planning and cost reporting.
• Maintain accurate records using CMDB and ITSM tools; produce reports using Microsoft 365 and Excel.
• Support IT service catalogue and asset management, driving efficiency through continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Strong financial and vendor management experience, particularly with IT contracts and cost reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; attention to detail with a high level of numerical accuracy.
• Experience of process documentation using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, CMDB, and ITSM tools is desirable.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps or automation tools is an advantage.
• Effective communicator, able to liaise with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Organised, independent, and process-driven with a focus on lean practices.
• ITIL Foundation certification or experience working within ITIL-aligned environments is desirable.
• NVQ-level qualifications in Finance or Business Administration is desirable.
