Job summary

Headliners Recruitment seeks an IT Security Manager to develop and drive our Group-wide cyber security, governance, risk and compliance strategy across Europe. This hands-on, high-impact role will shape security standards, strengthen cyber resilience and foster a security-first culture across a growing tech-led group.

You will work in a modern environment including Microsoft Azure, Intune, Okta, Zscaler, SentinelOne, Mimecast, Tenable, KnowBe4, SD-WAN and SIEM.

Qualifications

• Experience developing IT security policies and governance frameworks.
• Strong Azure security and cloud governance knowledge.
• Experience with Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001 or similar.
• Practical knowledge of security technologies and SIEM platforms.
• Cyber security risk and incident management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
• A commercially minded, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel within Europe when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Group-wide IT and cyber security strategy.
• Own security policies, governance frameworks and risk registers.
• Lead cyber risk assessments, remediation and incident response.
• Oversee external security partners and supplier security audits.
• Lead annual penetration testing and security awareness programmes.
• Support Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001 and similar frameworks.
• Improve security monitoring, logging and SIEM capabilities.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery and acquisition due diligence.
• Produce clear security reporting for IT and business leadership.
