Job summary

Central School of Speech and Drama is seeking an IT Security and Operations Administrator. This full-time, permanent, onsite position in London supports the IT infrastructure, ensures business continuity, and serves as the escalation point for our outsourced IT partner.

The role involves daily system checks, troubleshooting client devices and assisting the IT team with projects to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT security and IT operations is desirable.
• Ability to act as onsite escalation point for third-party IT support.

• Serve as the onsite escalation point for our outsourced IT support partner, handling daily system checks and troubleshooting client devices.
• Maintain, monitor and optimize IT infrastructure to ensure business continuity and high performance.
• Support IT team with projects and contribute to operational improvements across the organization.

As an ITSecurity andOperations Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing our IT infrastructure to ensure business continuity and top-tierperformance.

You’ll be at the heart of our operations and work closely as the onsite escalation point for our outsourced, remote IT Support partner—handling everything from daily system checks, to troubleshooting client devices and supporting the IT team with projects. Your work will directly support teams across the organisation, making you an essential part of oursuccess.

Please note that this role is not eligible for sponsorship of a Skilled Worker Visa. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK for us to consider yourapplication.
