Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking an IT Security Analyst in Sheffield to support day-to-day IT security activities across the group, including monitoring, vulnerability management, endpoint and email protection, and incident response.

You will coordinate audits, risk assessments, evidence for security frameworks such as NCSC CAF, Cyber Essentials, and NHS DSPT, and drive continuous improvement with a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with IT security technologies including endpoint and email security.
• Knowledge of cyber security principles, governance, risk and assurance.
• Experience with security audits, penetration testing, risk assessments and security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day security activities including monitoring and remediation.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents and threats; coordinate remediation.
• Track and manage security risks and vulnerabilities through to resolution.
• Coordinate security audits, penetration testing and assurance activities.
• Produce security metrics and assurance reporting; support security awareness.
