Job summary

SAP is seeking an IT SAP Business Partner to support Distribution and Supply Chain in a hybrid role with 3 days on site per week. You will partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into SAP-led technology solutions, shaping improvements across processes and systems.

The role requires senior business-facing experience, robust SAP knowledge and a proactive, commercially-minded approach to delivering business value in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working as an IT Business Partner, Senior Business Analyst or similar business-facing technology role.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC.
• Experience within Distribution, Logistics, Supply Chain or a similar operational environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can support improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Experience contributing to or managing solution design, testing and implementation.
• Experience working with third-party technology providers and project teams.
• A proactive and commercially-focused approach to technology and business improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key IT Business Partner for Distribution, Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders at all levels.
• Understand business processes, operational challenges and future requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and technology enablement.
• Translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
• Shape and support SAP-led solutions across the business.
• Work across the full solution lifecycle, including requirements, solution design, testing and implementation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, technical teams and third-party suppliers.
• Support the delivery of projects and business change initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement across business processes and applications.
• Provide challenge and guidance to stakeholders to ensure technology solutions deliver business value.
