As an IT Sales Professional at Munio, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our company. Your role will focus on:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with potential corporate clients.
  • Understanding and presenting our range of IT support and cyber security services.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets whilst expanding our client base.
  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the corporate sector.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their IT needs are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Product Presentation: Conduct engaging presentations and demos of our IT and cyber security solutions to potential clients.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to position Munio’s services effectively.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to target audiences.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and work closely with the technical team to enhance and tailor our service offerings.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead contract discussions and negotiations, ensuring a win-win for both Munio and our clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Regularly update and maintain the CRM system, providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
  • Training & Workshops: Attend and occasionally lead training sessions and workshops to stay updated with the latest in IT and cyber security.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
