Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and define project plans and deliverables working with stakeholders, clients, and the core Unity team.
  • Maintain and track plans through to completion, managing blockers, issues, and risks.
  • Assess the applicability of previous or similar experiences and evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures or precedents.
  • Identify risks and consider business implications of applying technology to the current environment.
  • Create and prepare reports, metrics, and presentations.
  • Work collaboratively to accomplish objectives and recommend enhancements.
  • Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards, and report control issues transparently.
  • Support the program manager in program management tasks.
  • Collaborate with globally distributed multicultural teams.

Mandatory skills:

  • Experience in Agile SCRUM methodologies.
  • Technical background with understanding of SQL, REST API, Messaging systems (Kafka, Solace), Client API integrations, messaging formats, and standards.
  • Strong presentation skills, including creating PowerPoint decks and delivering presentations.
  • Knowledge of business systems and industry standards.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven interpersonal skills to develop effective working relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and methodical approach.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn new tasks.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Background in finance or banking.
