Job summary

Gravitas Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology and operational workstreams supporting the transition to a franchised bus network. The role will drive delivery across transport systems and customer-focused tech in a hybrid South Yorkshire setting, with start ASAP.

This 9‑month contract is outside IR35, day rate circa £450, and requires hands-on delivery of smart ticketing, ABT, ETM, RTPI, AVL, CCTV and fleet data platforms, plus strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT projects in the transport/public sector.
• Desirable: involvement in bus franchising or reform programmes.
• Hybrid work in South Yorkshire and start ASAP desired.
