Job description

We have a new opportunity to be part of the IT team as an IT Project Manager. In this role, you will lead IT projects, ensuring the efficient and scalable delivery of IT systems and solutions that comply with regulatory requirements. As our IT Project Manager, you will contribute to the team's goal of achieving top-three results in the FIA Constructors Championship.

Responsibilities:

1. Build strong stakeholder engagement with business leads.
2. Conduct discovery and map business and technical requirements through interviews, process analysis, and workshops.
3. Collaborate with IT Project Managers and Solution Architects to develop business cases and gather metrics.
4. Map relevant information and data, including business processes and workflows.
5. Conduct impact assessments and provide recommendations for organizational and process improvements.
6. Plan, transition, and embed new ways of working, addressing skills and resource gaps.
7. Support the development, testing, and deployment of IT solutions, ensuring outcomes are achieved.
8. Assist in creating business cases and financial models for digital initiatives.
9. Perform other duties as reasonably requested.

Qualifications for success:

1. Excellent knowledge of IT systems and tools, including ERP, CRM, and analytics platforms.
2. Understanding of FIA Financial Cost Cap Regulations related to excluded functions.
3. Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Jira).
4. Experience as a Business Analyst or similar in Formula 1 or high-performance motorsport.
5. Willingness to travel as required.
6. Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.
7. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
8. Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
9. Flexible, team-oriented, and results-driven.
10. Commitment to Health & Safety.

This is a full-time, office-based role at our Silverstone campus, with travel as needed.
