The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our IT Business Services team at Deloitte. You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of both technical and non-technical projects across the firm, ensuring they meet goals, budgets, and KPIs. You will report to the Program Manager and lead the project team.

Your experience / Background / Core Skills

• Experience managing full end-to-end delivery and implementation of business change projects involving new technology and services (e.g., hardware, migrations, systems integrations, networks, AI services).
• Experience in the Financial Services sector.
• Proven ability in IT business change and leading transformation projects, understanding strategy and organizational change.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to communicate and influence across all levels.
• Project management skills including budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
• Experience working with third-party suppliers and procurement teams.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical requirements and project status.
• Team leadership experience, managing and motivating project teams.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Knowledge of MS Planner, ServiceNow, SPM, Azure DevOps.

Deliverables: Managing the end-to-end delivery of internal IT projects.
