Responsibilities:

• Daily project management activities throughout the project life cycle.
• Define and manage the project governance (controls)
• Plan the overall project and monitor the progress
• Manage the project schedule
• Manage the project budget
• Manage the risks and issues of the project and work with the teams to take corrective measurements
• Control all project interdependencies
• Maximize utilization of project resources across all workstreams, assisting with the selection and appointment of new project team members
• Manage all stakeholder communication
• Manage project documentation according to Graphic Packaging International policies and procedures
• Interact with the technical teams to understand critical milestones, deliveries, and releases

Requirements and skills:

• A bachelor's degree of science in information technology with proven experience in Project Management tools and techniques
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and additional years in other functional roles
• Strong and proven practical experience in project management, which was gained through managing large and complex projects
• Good knowledge of project and program management methodology and techniques
• Experience with managing agile projects
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Project
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Ability to work positively with a wide range of individuals involved in project management
• Strong leadership and management skills, experience in leading, managing and developing people
• Extremely organized
• Fantastic presentation skills
• Ability to manage projects in agile & waterfall environments
• Good knowledge of project budgeting and resource allocation procedures
• Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
• Ability to navigate in a global, large, and complex organization
• Strong ability to influence without authority
• Team player – puts own success below the success of the team
