Job Purpose
As an IT Project Manager, you'll work with the team to ensure professional and high-quality project management and customer service within the SME Project Management team, catering to our IT and Telecommunication clients. Your responsibilities will include managing customer expectations, coordinating resources, and overseeing costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Review customer requirements as presented by the sales team, clarify and challenge as appropriate, and initiate the project within the agreed SLA.
- Execute the project plan ensuring clear and regular communication, engaging all necessary departments, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Actively track project progress, including forecast, appointed, and completion dates, to ensure projects are delivered as per the requirements and within the agreed timeline.
- Review feedback from customers and engineers to ensure requirements are met and address any scope or assumption changes.
- Escalate serious issues promptly to stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Develop and maintain project and departmental documentation to support the team and department objectives.
- Ensure all necessary information and data are collated and finalized for invoicing and lease processing.

- Results-oriented, with the ability to deliver clear and articulate information to diverse audiences.

- Team player, willing to listen, share knowledge, and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
