A leading IT solutions provider in Leeds seeks a skilled IT Project Manager responsible for delivering IT projects to a high standard and within set timelines. Ideal candidates will collaborate with project management teams and have extensive experience with Microsoft technologies. Qualifications

• Experience in setting up and maintaining business system networks based on Microsoft technologies.
• Building and understanding Wireless networks topologies and latest Wi-Fi standards.
• Identify and report any snagging issues that may cause delays to project completion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer IT projects to a high standard and within set timeline.
• Collaborate with Project Management Team to ensure smooth running of IT projects.
• Log and action all activity within the CRM system.

Skills

Experience in administering and supporting Microsoft technologies

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems

Experience with Microsoft 365

Detailed knowledge of switching and routing

Understanding of Wireless networks

Conditional Access setup for Office 365

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory

Valid driving licence

Experience with Firewall Technologies

Education

AZ-104 certification or relevant experience

Tools

Microsoft Exchange Server 2010-2019

Veeam and Datto

Sophos UTM/XG, Sonicwall & Cisco Meraki
