Job summary

RAMSAC Limited in Guildford seeks an experienced Project Coordinator to own the delivery phase of client IT projects. You will manage scope, resources and communications, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes and clear updates to stakeholders.

You will lead client and internal meetings, drive continuous improvement, and onboard new clients while maintaining RAMSAC’s high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing IT projects, ideally within the SME sector.
• Leading calls internally and externally, such as kick off, progress updates and closure calls.
• Experience in implementing or changing internal project processes.
• The ability to be self-motivated and highly organised.
• The ability to motivate and enthuse your team colleagues.
• The ability to initiate and implement great ideas.
• A desire to drive continuous improvement within the business.
• Strong communication skills.
• A beady eye when it comes to details.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of client projects for organisations in the SME sector.
• Run several projects at any one time.
• Manage resource allocation to ensure on time and on budget delivery.
• Own the project process from winning to final delivery, align resources, ensure deliverables and keep documentation up to date.
• Lead internal and external meetings throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle delays/issues/changes in scope with cost and next steps communicated clearly.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Gather client feedback at project end and suggest improvements.
• Provide holiday cover and onboarding for new clients, driving team standards.
