IT Project Coordinator
We are a fast-growing and highly successful organization seeking an IT Project Coordinator.
Purpose of the job
In this role, you will support the delivery of a significant programme of IT projects that will transform our service delivery to customers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate change control processes and change approval meetings.
- Ensure projects adhere to approved frameworks and maintain documentation appropriately.
- Maintain and monitor project plans to meet deadlines.
- Determine project changes.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Undertake project tasks, including research and creation of project documentation such as plans, tasks, and testing records.
- Assess and record project risks and issues, providing solutions where applicable.
- Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings, documenting and following up on actions and decisions.
- Build relationships with IT colleagues, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to achieve project objectives.
- Keep stakeholders updated on progress and ensure they have access to necessary information and training.
- Coordinate technical and user testing, record issues and fixes, and arrange test sign-offs.
- Monitor project budgets, maintain records, and report variations to management.
Person Specification
Experience Required
- Experience working as part of a team delivering new systems and processes.
- Experience in project management tasks, especially planning, reporting, and documentation.
- Experience building relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers.
- Knowledge of project management processes and tools.
- Knowledge of housing management processes and systems.
- Knowledge of change management processes.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical and project records.
- Current knowledge of IT trends and cybersecurity issues.

Basic salary: £32,000 - £35,000 + excellent benefits.
Location: Based in Sevenoaks (Kent), 2 days in the office and 3 days remote per week.
