Key Responsibilities:

• Programme Leadership – Oversee and drive a multi-billion-pound IT procurement transformation, ensuring strategic alignment with organisational objectives and national digital priorities.
• Competitive Dialogue & Stakeholder Management – Engage with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and government bodies to shape the procurement strategy, secure best-value solutions, and drive innovation.
• Innovation & Digital Strategy – Lead sourcing and procurement of next-generation IT services, from cloud and software to digital infrastructure, ensuring a future-proofed tech ecosystem that enhances service delivery.
• Governance & Compliance – Navigate complex public sector frameworks, ensuring rigorous compliance while unlocking commercial value and fostering sustainable procurement practices.
• Team Leadership – Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture, empowering them to deliver strategic goals effectively.
