You will work on complex commercial, sourcing and supplier initiatives across global client engagements, taking ownership of workstreams and guiding teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience within IT procurement or category management.
• Experience operating across global IT procurement categories.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Consulting experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams across global client engagements.
• Develop and execute IT procurement and category strategies.
• Lead complex sourcing and commercial initiatives from identification to implementation.
• Conduct supplier research, market analysis and commercial assessments.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights for clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve value and supplier performance.
• Track benefits and ensure delivery aligns with milestones.
• Engage with client stakeholders to challenge thinking and align priorities.
• Contribute to workshops and senior stakeholder discussions.
• Communicate recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Support high-performing teams and growth of the practice.
