Edbury Daley is partnering with a leading global consultancy to recruit into its IT & Technology Procurement practice. This client-facing role combines deep category expertise with consulting and transformation delivery across major organisations on complex sourcing and supplier initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience within IT procurement, strategic sourcing or category management.
• Deep subject-matter expertise in Enterprise Software, IT Services and/or Cloud & Hosting.
• Experience managing technology spend portfolios, ideally >$50m annually.
• Strong indirect procurement knowledge and complex sourcing initiatives.
• Consulting experience or close collaboration with consulting organisations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams across global client engagements.
• Develop and execute IT procurement and category strategies.
• Lead complex sourcing and commercial initiatives from opportunity identification through to implementation.
• Conduct supplier research, market analysis and commercial assessments.
• Build robust data foundations and translate data into actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve value, supplier performance and outcomes.
• Track benefits and ensure delivery aligns with milestones.
• Engage client stakeholders to align priorities and challenge thinking.
• Lead and contribute to workshops and senior stakeholder discussions.
• Communicate recommendations clearly to client and internal teams.
• Support development of high-performing teams and growth of the practice.
