Key Responsibilities:
  • Process requests and orders within the procurement system, ensuring accurate coding.
  • Prepare and manage requests for information.
  • Assist suppliers with queries and maintain the IT Procurement mailbox.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels.
  • Investigate and resolve procurement discrepancies.
  • Create and maintain departmental tools, spreadsheets, and templates.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong verbal reasoning and numerical skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and take ownership of work.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate results and ideas concisely.
  • Capacity to deliver outstanding work under tight deadlines and manage a diverse workload.
  • Collaborative approach, enthusiastic to work in a team and learn.
