Job summary

IAG Cargo in the UK is seeking a PMO IT Lead to establish and run the IT Programme Management Office for a large-scale transformation programme Atlas. You will coordinate governance, delivery planning and reporting across multiple workstreams and vendors.

The role demands strong stakeholder management, risk and dependency oversight, and the ability to deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership; a hybrid working model with office presence and remote collaboration is provided.

Qualifications

• Significant PMO experience within large IT or digital transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to govern multi-workstream projects and stakeholders.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and performance-tracking skills.
• Experience with governance frameworks and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the IT PMO for Atlas, ensuring governance and delivery assurance.
• Coordinate between IT teams, vendor partners and business leads across workstreams.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and executive reporting on programme health.
• Manage RAID, risks, dependencies, and benefits realisation for the programme.
