The placement provides immersive training, a buddy system, and a strong learning plan. Roles are based in Newcastle or Weybridge, with possible London-area manufacturing placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in a quantitative field (CS, engineering, math, analytics).
• Experimental and iterative approach to pioneering new AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Right to work in the UK from Day 1 for the duration of the placement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for technology.
• Architect and build intelligent production solutions focusing on Agentic AI.
• Work on real business challenges from Day 1 with guided mentoring.
• Receive formal training and coaching from a manager, coach, and buddy.
• Adhere to right-to-work requirements for the full placement duration.
