Job summary

Procter & Gamble invites applications for an IT placement in the UK. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, and you will design intelligent production solutions using advanced data engineering tools, with a focus on Agentic AI.

You will work on real projects from Day 1, receiving structured training and ongoing coaching from a dedicated manager, coach, and buddy throughout the placement.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor or Master in a quantitative field (CS, Eng, Applied Math, Stats, Analytics).
• Experience with experimental, iterative approaches and autonomous AI concepts is useful.
• Excellent communication and the ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders to translate needs into tech requirements.
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for applying technology.
• Architect and build intelligent production solutions focusing on Agentic AI using the best data engineering tools.
• Handle real business challenges from Day 1 with assigned projects and responsibilities.
• Receive formal training and day-to-day mentoring; a Coach and Buddy support during the placement.
