IT Operations Manager - Public Sector - Sheffield / Hybrid

IT Operations Manager - M365 / Azure

Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Head of IT Operations to join a highly successful team working for a public sector organisation based in Sheffield.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of 2 direct reports and day-to-day support across the estate.
• Lead on IT operations projects and oversee cyber security in partnership with a 3rd party provider.
• Work in the office 3-4 times per week due to hands-on nature of the role.

Essential skills

• Microsoft 365 Stack (Sentinel, Defender, Exchange, etc.)
• Azure
• Management, mentoring, team lead or stakeholder management experience

Desirable skills

• Powershell
• Power Apps
