Job summary

iFAST Global Bank Ltd is seeking an IT Operations Executive to join the IT Team. You will own incidents, changes, reporting and ad hoc requests in a regulated bank environment and coordinate with suppliers to develop product knowledge.

The role requires self-direction, risk awareness, and the ability to influence improvements in automation, monitoring and documentation while staying calm under time pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server, including complex SQL.
• Good working knowledge of Linux and Windows, scripting to automate tasks.
• Experience with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.
• Knowledge of virtualization, application clustering and containerization.
• Experience with APIs, API gateways, middleware, MQ, and SFTP.
• Experience developing and maintaining financial reports (SSRS) and Power BI.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize queries.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of work, meet deadlines and maintain quality.
• Escalate with options and recommendations beyond problems.
• Anticipate risks and fix root causes; drive improvements.
• Drive automation, monitoring, processes and documentation.
• Coordinate with application suppliers and business sponsors.
• Produce regulatory reports and run End of Day processes.
• Coordinate systems integration, new reports, patches and upgrades.
• Manage relationships with system suppliers.
