Indra Group UK & Ireland is seeking an IT Network Manager to lead the delivery, transition and operation of enterprise network services for a TfL program based from Redhill. The role emphasizes transition leadership, knowledge transfer, and establishing a future BAU support model, working with engineering teams, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure security and resilience.

The ideal candidate will bring strong LAN/WAN expertise, ITIL experience, and proven ability to drive service improvements

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing enterprise network infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise LAN/WAN networking, including Cisco Routing & Switching.
• Experience leading technical support teams and managing third-party suppliers.
• Experience supporting highly available, business-critical network environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering network infrastructure projects and service improvements.
• Experience with network security technologies (firewalls, access control, vulnerability management).
• Knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Experience in ITIL-based service management practices.

Responsibilities
