We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Network Support Engineer to support and expand our customers’ growing network infrastructure. As part of the infrastructure team, you will act as a bridge between our service desk, projects team, and NOC. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing circuit and hardware issues, knowledge of TCP/IP networking including routing, firewalling, and IPAM. The role will also involve deployment and management of Meraki SDWAN technologies, though prior experience with this is not required.

The support desk operates from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm. Working hours are negotiable and can be arranged as:
8:00 am – 4:30 pm
9:00 am – 5:30 pm
The initial working hours are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, with flexibility after the probation period.
