Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex technology projects from initiation through to delivery.
• Experience in systems migrations, platform implementations or digital transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of data migration, integrations, APIs, testing and UAT processes.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and technology vendors.
• Strong project planning, governance, reporting and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a major systems migration and implementation project.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and dependencies.
• Support assessment and selection of technology solutions and third-party vendors.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers to ensure deliverables and timescales.
• Coordinate integrations between new and existing business systems.
• Oversee data migration activities, testing, UAT and cutover planning.
• Ensure contingency planning and minimise operational disruption.
• Maintain RAID logs, risk registers, budgets and status reports.
• Facilitate project meetings and steering groups with stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, Operations and Commercial teams.
• Support go-live, stabilisation and post-implementation review.
