They will act as facilitators between architecture and implementation teams.

Project Current State

The client is forming a 'tactical core team' to oversee architectural outcomes. The role involves refining high-level designs into detailed documentation, working within a small team alongside Endava engineers, and coordinating with the Architectural Lead and Engineering Managers.

Success Criteria

Producing high-quality HLD/LLD documentation aligned with business needs, collaborating with development teams for feasible implementation, and supporting the transition to an outcome-based delivery model.
