Project current state

The client is forming a 'tactical core team' to oversee architectural outcomes, needing domain architects to refine designs into HLD/LLD, working within a small team alongside Endava engineers, coordinating with the Architectural Lead and Engineering Managers.

Produce high-quality HLD/LLD documentation aligned with business needs, collaborate with development teams, and support the transition to outcome-based delivery.
