Job summary

You will manage relationships with external IT providers, drive ERP evolution from Glovia to Epicor, implement cyber essentials, and control the IT budget. This role requires a proactive, results-driven manager capable of multi-tasking in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as IT Manager or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor Kinetic or Glovia.
• Strong project and cost management capabilities.
• Commercial mindset with good analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with external IT service providers for email, network, backups, and printers.
• Oversee ERP suppliers and other IT vendors.
• Gain cyber essentials compliance.
• Design, implement and coordinate IT policies and procedures.
• Ensure IT security, data backup, and access controls.
• Mentor IT Apprentice.
• Manage annual IT budget.
• Assist in ERP implementation.
• Coordinate systems automation and security improvements.
