Job summary

Sealey is seeking an experienced IT Manager for its head office in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. The role leads Infrastructure, Service Desk and Business Systems, delivering a secure, scalable technology environment that supports growth and operations.

Reporting to the IT Director, you will manage two teams, drive cyber risk controls, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX), reporting, and business continuity planning while aligning IT with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT management with multi-team leadership.
• Experience with ERP systems and ITIL processes.
• Strong infrastructure, cloud, and networking skills.
• Proven cybersecurity controls and GDPR experience.
• Ability to present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Line manage Infrastructure, Networks & Service Desk teams.
• Lead IT service delivery and change management.
• Oversee ERP, reporting, and internal business platforms.
• Maintain security controls and policies.
• Own IT roadmap aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate cyber risk assessments and training.
• Develop and test IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Provide occasional out-of-hours support during incidents.
