Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role, including people management.
• Hands-on technical experience of software development or database administration.
• Demonstrated understanding of Application Support and IT legislation.
• Be able to demonstrate an understanding of: Application Support, Business Intelligence, Agile Development Methodology and Cyber Security
• Experience of IT legislation and regulation e.g. GDPR
• Full, clean driving licence with use of own vehicle

• Assisting in the Day to day application support, configuration and customisation of the corporate ERP system
• Working on I.T. Projects and assisting with the I.T. Strategy
• Day to Day management of the I.T. development team
• Scope IT work and assess resource and cost commitments
• Work closely with the IT Support and Infrastructure teams, to achieve departmental objectives
• Communicate with the whole business on IT matters
• Produce IT documentation e.g. procedures
• Manage assigned projects to ensure the desired result is achieved
