SFORS is seeking an IT Manager to oversee the local IT function in our UK office in Greater London. This role involves managing daily technical support, vendor management, and infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of IT support experience and be skilled in budgeting and communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of practical experience in IT support or system administration.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure fundamentals.
• Experience with ServiceDesk systems like Jira or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of office equipment and software.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Process requests in ServiceDesk and resolve incidents.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure backup availability.
• Plan technical maintenance and local projects.

Skills

IT support experience

TCP/IP knowledge

Familiarity with ServiceDesk systems

Maintaining office hardware skills
