Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an IT Manager in Yorkshire to own the technology stack, drive digital transformation and optimise ERP/CRM and BI platforms. You will blend strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, improving processes, data-driven decision making and security across the organisation.

You will lead a tech-focused team, manage budgets and partner with senior leaders to deliver practical business outcomes and scalable capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and developing business applications and technology services, especially Dynamics 365 BC and HubSpot CRM.
• Strong data analytics and BI capability with Power BI and dashboards.
• Experience delivering automation and process improvements using Microsoft technologies.
• Solid understanding of cyber security, risk management and information security best practice.
• Strong MS 365, Azure, Intune and cloud technology experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns technology landscape, including core systems, infrastructure and digital services.
• Lead development, optimisation, and support of ERP/CRM and BI platforms.
• Automate workflows and improve productivity using Power Platform.
• Manage security, resilience and vendor performance; lead tech budgeting.
