A leading provider of business-critical software solutions is seeking an IT Manager in Bristol. The role involves implementing IT strategies, managing IT services, and ensuring IT infrastructure security. K3 is a leading provider of business-critical software solutions focused on fashion and apparel brands and related large retail brands. The Group’s solutions comprise applications authored by K3 and third-party products enriched with K3 software. These solutions offer comprehensive, end-to-end capabilities, enabling customers to have greater control over their operations and real-time oversight of their businesses. The Group operates through two divisions, K3 Products and Third-party Solutions.
K3 Fashion solutions target the Fashion and Apparel Markets, covering Retail, Wholesale, and Manufacturing sectors with products like K3 Fashion and K3 Pebblestone. We are a Microsoft recognized Global ISV, with core products embedded in and enhancing Microsoft’s ERP solutions, D365 Finance, Supply Chain, and D365 Business Central.
The IT Manager will be responsible for implementing IT strategies, delivering IT services, and ensuring the integrity and security of all IT infrastructure. The role is strategic and practical, supported by a part-time IT Support Technician reporting to the IT Manager.
Management of our IT Service Provider and additional hardware and software suppliers will be key in delivering seamless, responsive, and efficient IT services, measured by key SLA metrics aligned with ITIL practices.
The role is based in Bristol and reports to the Director of Global Operations. Occasional travel to The Netherlands is required. Hybrid working arrangements are available.
Standard hours are 9 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break (37.5 hours/week). Overtime may occasionally be required for critical tasks outside normal hours.
