Kier Group is seeking an IT Manager - AI Adoption & Governance to accelerate safe, value-driven adoption of AI across the organisation. Hybrid working with travel to offices/sites as required.
37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility. This role partners with the Head of Intake & Governance to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes while complying with governance, security and data protection policies.

As our AI Adoption & Governance Manager, you'll play a key role in accelerating the safe, effective and value-driven adoption of Artificial Intelligence across Kier. This is an exciting opportunity to provide subject matter leadership for AI governance, adoption, business engagement and benefits realisation. You'll work in partnership with the Head of Intake & Governance to ensure approved AI initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes and operate within our governance, security, data protection and responsible AI requirements.
