Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Scunthorpe is seeking an IT Manager who will shape and support IT strategies across the business, balancing hands-on delivery with strategic leadership. The role offers autonomy to influence decisions and drive improvements in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will lead IT operations, manage INFOR ERP, Microsoft 365 and security, while collaborating with external providers; a strong background in ERP, cybersecurity, and fast-paced settings is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as IT Manager/Head of IT or similar role.
• Experience supporting ERP systems (INFOR highly desirable).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on IT support experience in a fast-paced business.
• Willing to take ownership of the IT function.
• Manufacturing, distribution or supply chain exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networks.
• Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day IT support across the business.
• Lead the management and maintenance of the INFOR ERP system.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, user accounts, and business systems.
• Maintain IT security, backups, user access, and data protection standards.
• Collaborate with external IT providers to deliver projects.

As the IT Manager, your responsibilities will include…

• Managing and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networks
• Acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day IT support across the business

• Managing Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, user accounts, and business systems

• Working with external IT providers and partners to resolve issues and deliver projects

We are looking for an IT Manager with the following skills and experience…

• Previous experience in an IT Manager, Head of IT, ERP Manager, or similar role
• Experience supporting ERP systems (INFOR experience is highly desirable)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
• Experience providing hands‑on IT support in a fast‑paced business environment
• Confident in taking ownership of the company’s IT function
• Manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain experience would be advantageous
