As the Internal IT Manager, you will demonstrate strengths in prioritising personal and team workload daily and exploring opportunities for improvement. You will be responsible for managing your engineers and ensuring the team exceeds expectations. To succeed, you should continuously expand your industry knowledge and quickly identify problems. All our leads at Partnerize are accountable, trustworthy, and dependable.
You will be part of the Partnerize Technical Operations team, working with the business, development, and IT functions. Your team is responsible for building infrastructure, delivering projects, and maintaining processes to ensure our systems are available, scalable, and secure. You will be involved in support, project delivery, and maintenance activities, providing support and advice to internal users for desktop, application, and platform services, ensuring incidents and requests are addressed promptly.
You will manage the internal IT team, ensuring the business is equipped to perform daily duties efficiently. Your role includes overseeing security, infrastructure, applications, and IT services, managing critical IT systems vital to the business's success.

This position requires travel to the Newcastle office 1-2 times per month.
