IT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing technology infrastructure, enterprise systems, and governance frameworks. This is a high-impact leadership position where your expertise will help drive efficiency, security, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement IT strategies to optimize business performance.
- Lead enterprise systems, infrastructure, and networks to ensure security and reliability.
- Oversee daily IT operations, service desk management, and end-user support.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (GDPR, UKDPA) and cybersecurity best practices.
- Drive value-added technology solutions to enhance business processes.
- Manage vendors, contracts, and supplier performance to ensure service quality.
- Advise senior leadership on technology risks and opportunities for digital innovation.
- Lead and mentor an internal IT team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Oversee software development initiatives and system integration strategies.
- Take ownership of IT budgeting, asset management, and operational improvements.
Your Profile- Experience: 10-15 years in IT, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of IT service management (ITIL), compliance frameworks, cybersecurity, and risk mitigation.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, drive digital transformation, and optimize operations.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in IT service delivery, infrastructure, and network management.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working with ERP, CRM, and Construction Management solutions.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferred). Relevant certifications (ITIL, ISO 27001, TOGAF, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
