Job summary

Morgan Hunt is delighted to be working with a prestigious further education college in Stamford to recruit an IT Lecturer on a full-time contract. The role focuses on delivering IT teaching, planning lessons, and supporting students to achieve learning goals.

You will teach IT courses five days per week with interviews ASAP and a salary of up to £40 per hour. DBS update service is required.

Qualifications

• A relevant higher qualification in Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related subject, with a teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
• Strong knowledge of Computing and IT, including current industry developments, vocational programmes and digital learning technologies.
• Excellent teaching, communication, planning and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate learners and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality and inclusion, continuous professional development, and supporting students to achieve their learning goals.
• DBS check on update service is required.
