Social Network IT Integration Specialist

Are you an experienced IT Integration Specialist with a strong background in IT integrations and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors? Do you have a passion for driving impactful HR technology projects within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment?

We are currently partnering with a dynamic and well-established organization, renowned within their industry, to recruit an IT Integration Specialist to lead and support the successful deployment and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from home and on-site at their modern Uxbridge offices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end integration of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRIS, Payroll systems, Azure, and ServiceNow platforms.
3. Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality technology solutions.
4. Monitor performance and user adoption, driving continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Proven experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a complex IT environment.
2. Strong working knowledge of Azure cloud services, HRIS, Payroll solutions, and ServiceNow.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
