Job Title: HRIS Integrations Specialist
Location(s): Warsaw (Warszawa), London, and Pune
Purpose of the Role:
The HRIS Integration Specialist will serve as owner of a variety of integrations, reports, and dashboards. The role holder will be responsible for the design, development, configuration, testing, and support of Workday Integrations. Continuous support and troubleshooting of integrations will be required to ensure updates and system changes are applied as needed. The role will also involve leading advanced and cross-functional report writing responsibilities. Collaboration with the HRIS team and functional sponsors will be essential to recommend process improvements and best practices. The position requires strong partnerships with multiple vendor technical contacts and downstream system owners.
Responsibilities:
- Subject matter expert with all Workday integration technologies.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Workday Core HR, Recruiting, Absence, Talent, Learning, and Compensation.
- Assist with Workday HCM integration work including design, development, and testing based on a solid understanding of the Workday Business Object Model.
- Manage all aspects of data integrations/interfaces with various vendors and internal systems; oversee end-to-end testing with vendors, Workday partners, and internal system owners.
- Develop integrations focused on data quality and integrity, scalable to organizational needs.
- Extract data using Workday custom reports, employing calculated fields and transformations.
- Assist with Workday configuration and Business Process Framework if needed.
- Follow Change Management Processes and Policies.
- Understand business concepts and processes to support the business team in mediating new and existing challenges.
- Translate user requirements into system specifications leveraging existing IT infrastructure.
- Drive ongoing enhancements to the Workday platform and stay informed of new features in each release.
- Maintain operational excellence of HR systems and promote continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with IT and technical teams to build, test, and deploy integrations, reports, workflows, dashboards, and security.
- Stay updated on current trends in HR technology and statutory/regulatory requirements.
- Engage with the Workday community to remain informed of system enhancements and data management best practices.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Workday Integration development and maintenance.
- Broad functional and technical knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Finance systems.
- Advanced analytical skills; capable of leading, developing, testing, and documenting HR systems.
- Strong leadership skills in coaching and motivating talent.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of complex HR operations to maintain system credibility.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective engagement at all levels.
- Innovative problem solver with critical thinking skills.
