Bulk Ltd in Colchester seeks an IT Infrastructure and Security Engineer to oversee on-prem and cloud infrastructure, safeguard networks, and drive AI tooling adoption. You will ensure robust security, incident response readiness, and compliance while partnering with leadership to scale our hybrid operations.

The role combines hands-on infrastructure management with strategic security improvements, IAM governance, and AI tooling integrations, in a growth-focused, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in infrastructure and security management in a medium-sized enterprise.
• Proficient in networking, cloud, and endpoint security tech such as CrowdStrike, Azure, and VPNs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure, both on-prem and cloud, ensuring reliability and secure configuration.
• Lead incident response lifecycle and manage security incidents and data breaches.
• Manage AI tooling setup, access, governance, and secure integrations across the business.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize toolsets and drive security compliance.
